SYNer is a user-friendly implementation of the SYN flood Denial
Of Service attack on the TCP stack. It works by over-flowing
the target's connection backlist with requests to stop it from
accepting incoming connection requests. A HIGHLY effective and
VERY light-weight (in terms of bandwidth usage) attack. Requires
root privelages to run.
